Mats Lindstrom served as Director, Product Line Satellite for NXP Semiconductor a provider of semiconductor solutions for high performance mixed signal, automotive and identification applications. The role combined business management, as well as leading RF and Mixed signal R&D, product and test engineering, marketing and customer support.
Mats began his career at Ericsson Radio, Stockholm Sweden, in developing RF Systems for digital cellular infrastructure base stations. He served as RF manager at PCSI and Rockwell Semiconductors, involved in development of RFIC, power amplifier and RF systems solutions for WLL PACS, PHS, PDC, IS-95. After the IPO of Conexant, acted as Division Director of the RFIC R&D organization, developing Satellite, Terrestrial and Cable set top box silicon tuners and Satellite Outdoor Unit ICs. After the NXP acquisition of the Conexant business line Mats was Director of Satellite Business Creation Team and gained experience in business, product management, and customer relations.
Received his Master of Science in Electrical Engineering from Royal Institute of Technology, Stockholm Sweden and completed his Executive perspective for Scientists and Engineers in Business with an emphasis in R&D from University California San Diego Extension.
VP of Engineering
Kendal Hess served as System Architecture Manager, Product Line Satellite for NXP Semiconductor a provider of semiconductor solutions for high performance mixed signal, automotive and identification applications. The role combined system analysis, IC specification and development, device and system validation, and customer support.
Kendal began his career at National Semiconductor, Santa Clara, California as a Product Engineer and then as an RF Applications Engineer in the Wireless Products group working on PLLs, LNAs and a DECT transceiver. He served as RF Applications Engineer at Rockwell Semiconductor supporting PHS and CDMA. After the IPO of Conexant Systems, he held the position of Manager of the RF Systems Group developing tuners for satellite, cable and terrestrial set-top boxes. After the NXP acquisition of the Conexant set-top box business his management responsibilities grew to include communication systems and software engineers. At NXP he led the development of a custom Satellite Outdoor Unit IC for DIRECTV.
Kendal earned his Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from California Polytechnic State University in San Luis Obispo, CA and completed the Leadership & Management Program for Technology Professionals from University of California San Diego Extension.

Jacek Czajka worked as Product/Test Engineering Manager, Product Line Satellite for NXP Semiconductor a provider of semiconductor solutions for high performance mixed signal, automotive and identification applications. Jacek’s expertise includes project management, bench/ATE Test solution development, high volume production ramp ups, device packaging, product quality and long term reliability.
Jacek began his career at Rockwell Semiconductor in San Diego developing test systems and data analysis for PHS handsets. After the IPO of Conexant, Jacek expanded his Product/Test Engineering responsibilities to encompass Satellite, Cable, Terrestrial tuners, demods and MPEGs. After the NXP acquisition of the Conexant set-top box business, Jacek continued to develop test solutions for satellite tuners and custom DirecTV Outdoor Unit IC’s.
Jacek earned his Bachelor of Applied Science (B.A.Sc.), Electrical and Electronics Engineering degree from Rutgers, The State of New Jersey-New Brunswick.
Jacek draws on his academic background and broad experience base to create effective solutions in support of business needs. He is highly adept at driving development and production efforts with extensive experience in semiconductor consumer electronics. Skilled in variety of engineering environments and design concepts from satellite tuners, demodulators, MPEGs to full production of Digital Channel Stacking IC. Broad experience including project management, strategic and cross-functional product planning with multi-site development cooperation.
